Junior Administrator

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding and Client Engagement: Welcome new clients and ensure they have a seamless experience with WLA. You will be responsible for setting up client accounts, processing documentation, and verifying compliance.
Transaction Management: Assist in processing transactions across mutual funds, group savings, insurance policies, and pension plans. This includes executing trades, managing renewals, and facilitating fund transfers.
File Preparation & Documentation: Prepare client files, organize records, and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
Meeting Notes & Advisor Support: Attend client meetings with advisors to take accurate notes, summarize key discussion points, and follow up on action items.
Administrative Support: Help organize client communications, track ongoing tasks, and ensure financial advisors have the materials they need for client meetings.
Digital Tools: Use our CRM platform (Salesforce) to track client interactions, follow ups, and transactions. You will ensure our records are timely and complaint.
Learning & Growth: This role is all about development. You will have access to comprehensive training programs and mentorship, enabling you to grow quickly in the financial services field.

Competitive Compensation: Negotiable from $40,000, with compensation aligned to your contributions and impact. Job Type
Full-time, Permanent.
Availability during business hours (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EDT) for a 37.5-hour work week (Monday to Friday).

Hybrid work is available after an initial onboarding period. All new hires spend the first six months in the office, receiving comprehensive training and gaining a deep understanding of our processes and workflows. This in-office period also provides the opportunity to build strong connections with colleagues and integrate fully into the team.
